Section 34

An organized organization that issues securities shall provide the following information to the board and shareholders as soon as possible:- (a) Things that are necessary and helpful in evaluating their financial position, (b) Information that affects the securities market transactions or the value of the securities. (2) ) In addition to the things written in sub-section (1), the organized organization that issues securities shall also provide the prescribed information and information to the board and shareholders.
